
Nobody questions a vitamin tablet. We all take it for granted.
So did Guillermo Coria. He was a rising professional tennis player and was ranking at #3 in 2001.
Misfortune met him in a weird way. The vitamin tablets he consumed contained steroid when his urine tested positive, he career was shattered. And he was only 19. Truly a gross injustice was done unto him.
He is now suing the pharmaceutical company that supplied those vitamin tablets and demanding $10M compensation.
Universal Nutrition has admitted in court that it made steroid-containing products and multivitamins.
