Wanna a breast implant for free?

Sure, not all flat chested can afford breast implants.

But here is a solution for them. It is a brilliant concept.

I happen to read this headline:

So, since the the concept of "MyFreeImplants.com" was Grunstra's, more than 10,000 benefactors and one thousand women owe their gratitude to her.

I have no idea about the related insurance costs but since the major cost is free, I suppose one can bear the insurance cost if any.
