Srikkanth is heading the bench.

The bench of national cricket selectors is now headed by my favorite cricket Srikkanth. Do they literally sit on a bench, I wonder!

This news is received with mixed response as ever. Knowing him, I too have my own misgivings about his services as the chairman of selectors. He might have been a, entertaining cricketer but anyone from south India never had his say at this level and I am sure my dear Srikkanth is well aware of this thorn. Why Srikka, why?

His appointment news received an open comment from one who seem to have dealt with Srikkanth in the past. He said, "Krish Srikanth as selector, hmm, let me think, the many number of young players whom he has discouraged from taking to cricket for one reason they are poor, asking to concentrate on "studies" rather than "cricket", I speak from personal experience,he shall be as biased as his peers are. It is "beggars belief" he wants transparency, what an hypocrite!"

Again why Srikka, why?
