Dutch tourist coughs up $200 for snacks worth 50 cents.

Foreign tourists all over the world pay dearly for anything from snacks to taxi fare. While taxi fare is the most easiest avenue to fleece foreigners, the next in the list comes eatables.

Recently, a Dutch couple were forced to pay $200 for four samosas, a deep fried snack that cost less than $0.50 for the four samosas. The tourists were allowed to eat first and then the vendor demanded the exorbitant amount of $200 because he stuffed the snacaks with costly herbs.

The tourists paid but lodged a complaint at the nearby police station. They police managed to recover the excess paid INR.

The sad incident took place in Bihar, India.
