What are ghost bats?
The Australian ghost bats got their name from the white fur on their undersides, which make them ghostly when hunting at night, and they are also known for their big ears and the thin membrane of their wings.
The Ghost Bat is also known as the False Vampire Bat. Ghost Bats inhabit northern Australia, from the east to the west coast. They roost in caves, mines, and tunnels in small colonies, usually of less than a hundred bats.
Ok, let us move on to the news about ghost bats.
" A colony of ghost bats, born at Featherdale Wildlife Park near Blacktown, has moved into Sydney Wildlife World at Darling Harbour for Halloween."
Ah Halloween, the concept for which I don't understand at all. Bit scary to me.
