PAMUKKALE-strange but beutiful.

Not all strange places are beautiful-right?

But look at the image below and you will wonder why it is not included in the wonders of the world.















Isn't it beautiful?

Where is this place and what it is called.
It is in Turkey and is called "PAMUKKALE".

It is in existence since 22oo BC. Yes, it is that old. The city of Turkey itself was said to be built by the mighty Romans.

The white deposit you see in the image is calcium carbonate and it is a natural phenomena-rather the outcome of frequent earth quakes and hot springs.
