His name is Khagendra Thapa Magar and he is from Nepal. He is 18 years old.
He now firmly believes that he is the shortest man in the world. He wants him to be in the books of Guinness and has already applied. But sadly, he is yet to receive any response.
He may be soon be featured in an Italian Television show.
BTW, if you happen to possess the Guinness book of records, you will find very strange and odd records that are simply amazing.
