My husband is very nosy when he travels. Since he hates reading books while on the move, he used to befriend fellow travelers and ask them about their family, work, interests and so on.
A few months before, when we were flying to London, he started interviewing the man who was sitting next to him across the aisle. He learnt that he was an aeronautical engineer and specialized in helicopter repairs.
Wow! My husband was immediately captivated and felt like he was talking to a celebrity. He offered him, our home made snacks. Actually, I thought, he was bribing him to talk more.
He questioned him about modern choppers and how they can be compared with those ancient helicopters that have giant helicopter blades, which only the military people used.
For the first time, I saw my husband using his pocket notebook to take notes. He always relied on his superb memory to store data.
The helicopter man who was once working with Heli Mart, a company that is dealing with helicopter repairs and helicopter service, is now an owner of his md helicopter parts shop in San Francisco.
He paid rich tribute to his former employer that trained him to be a pro. Heli Mart is a fully equipped helicopter service company based in Costa Mesa, California.
Heli Mart is probably the only company that sells quality spares for the high speed MD Helicopter.
When the conversation veered around helicopters interiors, my husband could not believe that choppers have interiors that need decoration. The trite reply from the engineer put off my husband.
The engineer took the cue and started closing his eyes. I bet he could not have slept peacefully.
I overheard their conversation (I could not help) and learnt a few things:
* Helicopters don’t crash like planes. They are much safe.
* Da Vinci might have raised the possibilities of vertical flying with a machine similar to a helicopter
*The very first helicopter was fitted with blades made of wood.
