What might seems very weird to you might not be so to scientists or to me (I am no scientist) because I have come across too many times such news, people, incidents and things.Nevertheless, some things are considered by weird by one and all including me.(Smile). Even scientists are said to discover weird to explain theories. Such discoveries might appear to be weird among the scientists circle but for a layman, it might sound appealing and good discovery.
Example:
A duo of Dutch scientists discovered that asthma patients might get a cure of their ailment if they take a roller coaster ride. Their reasoning was that the feeling they get during the ride is positive though still stressful might cure their respiratory malady!
