This is truly amazing and unbelievable too. A girl appealed to the French President to allow her to marry her dead boy friend.
The compassionate President took no time in acceding to her plea. She is known as Karen Jumeaux. She married Anthony Mailot who died in an accident in the year 2009. They both gave birth to a baby in that year.
I appreciate the French President's unprecedented move. Had it been in India, none would take such a compassionate gesture citing unforeseen legal tangles.
I also feel sending a wedding gift to Karen. Does anyone know her digital footprint?
