Hey, I am definitely better (in two aspects) than this 69 years old South Korean woman named Cha Sa-soon who spent $3,500 to get her driving license. I spent much less than she but I too took more than 15 tries to get my car-driving license.
This South Korean woman had a go at it for a whopping 960 times! In addition, she needed that much tries only to pass the written test!
My sister-in-law told me that she was rejected 31 times before she could satisfy the license issuing authorities.
I think Cha Sa-soon will enter the Guinness books. For all her persistence, she is yet to own a car.
