Would you refuse a Chocolate Cake on any day? I would not! For me and am sure for most of you, any day is a Chocolate Cake Day.
Nevertheless, for some reason, January 27th is celebrated as National Chocolate Cake Day. To make it as a special occasion, a special flourless chocolate cake is baked in just 15 minutes flat.
However, if you are a newbie, you might take longer but whoever bakes this cake called 'Lava Cake' is consumed in much less time than it took to bake.
My Americanized sister-in-law, a born vegan has so far cooked 12 Lava Cakaes in less than 3 hours. When she under-baked, she ended up with a puddle of chocolate (there are worse things).
She rectified the next time only to realize that she over cooked and the resultant product on the baking bowl was without the molten center which is the specialty of Lava Chocolate Cake.
There are plenty of recipes for chocolate cakes but nothing there, even in Amazon for Molten Lava cake.
