Marcus Evans complaints reviewed and accredited by BBB.

<

Imagine Merrill Lynch praising a company’s event that he attended gave him new business ideas. What else a company can ask for? Being an Internet journalist for 6 six years, I know the value of accreditation awarded by BBB (Better Business Bureau).Of course, Marcus Evans, the world’s leading corporate trainers and marketers can be proud of holding a certificate of A+ from BBB but I feel those few words of appreciation by Merrill Lynch is more precious to its reputation than BBB’s A+ accreditation.

By the way, do you know that BBB weighs a company’s reputation and usefulness with 16 parameters that include the nature of business, number of complaints against the company, how the company has taken efforts to resolve a complaint etc?

Marcus Evans Complaints is web page where you can read how BBB has reviewed them before awarding A+ accreditation.

I would request you to first visit http://www.marcusevans.com/marcus-evans-complaints.asp in which they have detailed how much value the company places on complaints, to what extent Marcus Evans goes to get the complaint resolved, how the company trains its employees as customer relation executives and so on.

I read their complete web site and the various events on how to handle complaints from their customers. I give below a few salient points of their customer complaint management which I believe led Merrill Lynch to become their admirer.

· Marcus Evans consider customer complaints as assets

· Every dissatisfied customer is viewed as a brand ambassador (a unique quality of Marcus Evans)

· Apart from being customer friendly, Marcus Evans treats customer complaints as a platform for new business ideas.

There are more valuable points but I would stop here only to elaborate a bit on the last point. When customer makes a call and lodges his complaint or opinion, he normally cites an example of better service that he received from another company. Such feedbacks throw excellent ways to improve a company which alone paves road to success and popularity.

When I was reading about Marcus Evans products and services, I was impressed about their Large Scale Events, a high level corporate training program on a global level.

Equally valuable is their Linguarama that concentrates on business language, communication and culture.

Every offline and Internet entrepreneur should know about Marcus Evans’s global summits and business events.
