Noble act by a Regency Beauty student.

None would have imagined why a married woman joined Regency Beauty Institute, Blaine-Minneapolis.

First, let me tell you briefly about Regency Beauty Institute which first started its operation in Minneapolis 50 years ago when Cosmetology education was not popular anywhere in the world. The Regency Beauty school driven by passion for providing world class vocational education galloped all these 5 decades and now serving in 19 states through 80 campuses.

One of the students, a married woman who was busy raising her family told visiting Congressman John Kline that she saw many possibilities of a cosmetologist and declared that after graduation, she is going to make the inmates of rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and shelters beautiful. She intended to do it in a long term basis.

This is what she said exactly: ‘‘help others look as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.’’

I am stumped.
