PAMUKKALE-strange but beutiful.

Not all strange places are beautiful-right?

But look at the image below and you will wonder why it is not included in the wonders of the world.

Isn't it beautiful?

Where is this place and what it is called.
It is in Turkey and is called "PAMUKKALE".

It is in existence since 22oo BC. Yes, it is that old. The city of Turkey itself was said to be built by the mighty Romans.

The white deposit you see in the image is calcium carbonate and it is a natural phenomena-rather the outcome of frequent earth quakes and hot springs.

Ghost companion on the 55th floor.

Ghost Bar, Las Vegas. (Thank you Google images)

With a ghost giving you company in a bar situated on the 55th floor of palms Hotel in Las Vegas, the bar occupants are reluctant to leave the place in spite of a long queue outside the bar waiting to have a glimpse of the ghost on the ceiling.

Even though the bar is quite spacious with over 8000 square feet, there is always a queue outside.

As a customer, one can relax in many of the comfortable lounges and enjoy the signature ghostini or a mix of Absolut vodka, Midori Melon Liqueur, and a splash of sour.

If you are wise and want to interact with a few of the hottest Hollywood celebrities in the Ghost Bar, you would better buy tickets in advance as part of your entertainment of Las Vegas Shows and Tours.

I heard getting inside the bar itself is an event. Iz it so?

Dine under the sea.

Enjoyed the euphoria while dining at a roof top restaurant? The world below would have looked small and beautiful from atop-right?

Now, how about dining under the sea; but now world view from here but the sights of under water world will be truly worldly.

Yes, as you dine under the waves, you will have thousands of onlookers eyeing you suspiciously whether you are a threat to their survival. I mean those exotic looking fishes and the myriad under water marines.

Rangali Island, Maldives: The Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is home to the world’s only all-glass aquarium-style dining experience. The Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, set more than 16 feet below the surface, has a 360-degree view of the Indian Ocean’s marine life and nearby reefs. With seating for only 12, though, reservations are recommended.

The house with 3200 windows.

The legendary house on the rock is among the strange places to visit in the U.S. It is located in Spring Green, Wisconsin.

The house is said to have 3264 windows. Then imagine how many rooms are in that house on top of a 60 foot rock! I was surprised to read that the house only has 14 huge rooms.

It is built by Alex Jordan in the 1940s. He used it as his gate away place. In 1961 this was turned into a museum and opened to public.

Many weird things surround the house and inside the house. The house itself has to be navigated through dark halls that are feebly lit by Tiffany lamps.

The name of the rooms sound ominous to me.

The Carousel Room is filled mystic carousel beasts that are half men and half animals.
There are many mannequin angels hang from the walls and rotate overhead. Then there is the Infinity room, Organ Room, Cannon room, Doll room and the Circus room.
