The first question that may come to your mind after reading the title of this blog post will be, "mood enhancing? Good mood or bad mood too?"
I am speaking about your good mood of course!
And I am also not talking about chocolates, cheeses or other junk food that may seem to enhance your jovial mood but you are sure to lose it soon after they are metabolized and poisons your blood.
