Anti-aging foods?


Frequently Yahoo! Publishes articles on how to stay young by eating certain foods. These articles are wonderfully supported by stunning images of food, beautifully young faces and of course by the name Yahoo!

No wonder I join millions that click on the tempting headline or the image of attractively arranged food or the young woman facing it.

That is how it was about 20 days before; the title was “Food that would help you look younger”.

Yes, it would only help you to look younger and not make you younger. Even God won’t do that. He wants us to age naturally and accept the fact too.

Now, let me summarize what Yahoo! said on anti-aging food.

· * Food low in calories and high in nutrition (haven’t everybody says that?)

· * Whole grains

· * Fresh seasonal fruits that are brightly colored in yellow or red.

· * Grains and pulses

Oh, the rest of the article is usual the blah blah; nothing that we all don’t know already.

Nevertheless, that article in Yahoo! Would have been read at least by a few thousands on a conservative estimate?

Why?
